- Customer engagement and retention o Serve as the relationship manager for high-value customers, focusing on nurturing long-term, trust-based partnerships that foster business growth. o Engage existing customer accounts in a consistent and meaningful way, i.e. regular check-ins, updates, and meetings. o Drive retention by understanding customer goals, offering solutions tailored to their needs, and ensuring they derive maximum value from Karbon FX offerings. - Customer intelligence o Collect and verify customer demographics and needs o Collect and verify customers projected spending periodically o Write clear and in-depth notes, and maintain clean tracking in CRM - Feedback and advocacy o Proactively identify customer pain points. Act as a customer advocate by collecting and relaying feedback to product and business teams, enhancing the overall customer experience and aligning our solutions to drive growth. Requirements - Background o 2-5 years proven account management experience o Proven record of managing corporate / enterprise clients - Skills o Domain expertise: Proven expertise in account management, relationship building and maintenance. o Networking Skills: Demonstrated success in building relationships and leveraging professional networks.
