Head of Human Resources

As a human resources (HR) professional at SPECTRUM AUTOMATION, your role is crucial in maintaining employee relations, policies, and practices to foster growth and success within the company. Your experience in HR, encompassing tasks such as on-boarding, exit interviews, benefits and compensation administration, team restructuring, and conflict resolution, will be valuable in shaping our company culture. **Key Responsibilities:** - Coordinate new-hire orientation and logistics, including scheduling, materials, and checklists for all required tasks. - Support staff members with HR-related issues and concerns, covering areas such as compensation, benefits, rewards and recognition, vacation, misconduct, and problem resolution. - Maintain HR records and employee files in compliance with regulations and policies, while providing organizational change information for charts and presentations. - Participate in HR technology groups, forums, and vendor webinars to stay updated on software capabilities and functionalities. - Contribute to the design, configuration, and communication of benefits enrollment processes, programs, and performance. **Qualifications Required:** - Three or more years of experience in HR or employee recruitment. - Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with an ethical mindset. - Proficient in problem-solving and conflict resolution. - Familiarity with Tally ERP HR software. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in human resources or a related field, experience with Tally ERP software, and a strong understanding of national laws pertaining to HR. Your ability to maintain, develop, and implement employee processes and procedures using HR systems will contribute to the continuous improvement of key analytical data accessibility within the organization.,
