Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Home Loans located in Gurgaon. The Head of Home Loans will be responsible for overseeing the home loan operations, managing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. Day-to-day tasks will include analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, budgeting, and providing strategic financial advice to support decision-making processes.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Financial Statements and Finance
• Excellent Analytical Skills and experience in Financial Reporting
• Proficiency in Budgeting and financial planning
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Gurgaon
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Experience in the home loans industry is a plus
