Role Overview

We’re looking for a Sales Head who combines strategic vision with hands-on execution. You’ll lead

Verdantis’ global sales efforts, drive growth in key industries, and tell our AI story with passion and

clarity. This role demands energy, creativity, and a relentless hunger to win.

What You’ll Do

 Define and execute a global sales strategy with quarterly goals and KPIs.

 Drive sales expansion in North America, Middle East, Australia and other international

markets.

 Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing global sales team.

 Collaborate with marketing and product teams for aligned go-to-market execution.

 Present compelling business narratives to enterprise clients and leadership.

 Maintain strong pipeline discipline and sales momentum.

What We’re Looking For

 12+ years in enterprise B2B or SaaS sales, with 5+ years in leadership.

 Proven success in AI / SaaS / data or digital transformation solutions.

 Strong exposure to Oil & Gas, Utilities, Mining, or Manufacturing sectors.

 Experience leading global sales preferably across North America and matured markets

 A strategic storyteller who can turn technology into business value.

 Hungry, driven, and passionate about AI and innovation.
