Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Global Sales, based in Kochi. The role involves creating and overseeing sales strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include planning and executing sales operations, managing client accounts, and ensuring seamless communication across stakeholders. The individual will also be responsible for setting business goals and leading initiatives to achieve the organization's global sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Business Planning and Sales management, including the ability to develop strategies for market expansion and revenue growth.
• Expertise in Team Management, with a proven ability to lead, inspire, and motivate a diverse sales team.
• Experience in Sales Operations and Account Management, ensuring efficient processes and fostering strong client relationships.
• Strong communication, decision-making, and organizational skills to drive business success.
• Experience of minimum 15 years with at least 5 years in the study abroad industry
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
