Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Asmadiya’s global growth strategy to achieve USD 10 million revenue in 3 years.
• Build & nurture relationships with

  C-suite decision-makers

  to drive enterprise-level deals.
• Develop and execute

  market-entry strategies

  for the Middle East, Europe, and North America with minimal investment.
• Position Asmadiya’s

  AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation

  offerings as business value solutions.
• Identify partnerships, alliances, and channel models to accelerate business growth.
• Build and mentor a

  high-performance sales team

  aligned with the company’s vision.
• Own P&L, revenue forecasts, and quarterly business reviews with leadership.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years in IT Services / Consulting / Product Sales.
• Proven success in engaging CXOs and closing high-value deals.
• Strong understanding of

  AI, Cloud, and Digital Transformation technologies.

• Experience in international business expansion and multi-geography sales.
• Excellent leadership, strategy, and negotiation skills.
• Tech or MBA background preferred.
