Head of Global Sales

This position requires energy, creativity, and a relentless drive to succeed. **Key Responsibilities:** - Define and execute a global sales strategy with quarterly goals and KPIs. - Drive sales expansion in North America, Middle East, Australia, and other international markets. - Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing global sales team. - Collaborate with marketing and product teams for aligned go-to-market execution. - Present compelling business narratives to enterprise clients and leadership. - Maintain strong pipeline discipline and sales momentum. **Qualifications Required:** - 12+ years of experience in enterprise B2B or SaaS sales, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. - Proven success in AI, SaaS, data, or digital transformation solutions. - Strong exposure to Oil & Gas, Utilities, Mining, or Manufacturing sectors. - Experience leading global sales, preferably across North America and mature markets. - A strategic storyteller who can translate technology into business value. - Driven, hungry, and passionate about AI and innovation.
