Role Overview

Head of Game – Product Owner/Product Manager (Monetization & Progression)

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the

  long-term monetization and progression vision

  aligned with overall product and business goals.
• Lead

  economy design, system balancing, and data-driven iteration

  to optimize player engagement and revenue.
• Drive strong cross-functional collaboration with

  Game Design, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, and Live-Ops

  teams.
• Own and execute

  live-operations strategy

  , feature roadmaps, and player lifecycle initiatives.
• Monitor key metrics related to

  retention, engagement, ARPU, LTV, and conversion

  .
• Ensure a healthy balance between

  player value, fairness, pacing, and commercial performance

  .
• Continuously evaluate player feedback and in-game data to inform product decisions and optimizations.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction to product teams working on monetization and progression systems.

Qualifications & Experience

• 10+ years of experience in

  Product Management / Product Ownership

  within the gaming industry.
• Strong hands-on experience designing

  monetization, progression, retention, and live-ops systems

  .
• Proven track record working on

  AAA or high-scale global game titles

  .
• Deep understanding of

  game economies, player psychology, and behavioral metrics

  .
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform product decisions.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
