Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Finance and Accounting. The Head of Finance and Accounting will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, including financial reporting, budgeting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. They will also be responsible for analyzing financial statements, providing strategic financial guidance, and supporting decision-making processes.

• Extensive experience in finance and accounting
• Proficiency in financial reporting and budgeting
• Excellent knowledge of industry financial regulations and compliance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a team
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., ICWA, CA, CMA) are a plus
