Head of Finance and Accounting

As the Head-Finance and Accounts, your primary responsibilities will include: - Preparing and finalizing the monthly P&L A/c, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow. - Presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports. - Ensuring compliance with internal financial controls and accounting policies. - Supervising the day-to-day activities of the accounts team and regularly reviewing the books of accounts. - Ensuring timely closing of books of accounts as per set timelines. - Finalizing Annual Financial Statements and coordinating with auditors and consultants. - Collaborating with tax departments and providing necessary assistance. - Developing financial projections and implementing cost-effective strategies. - Identifying opportunities to reduce expenses and enhance operational efficiency. - Analyzing product costs and working with stakeholders to achieve cost reduction goals. - Ensuring compliance with Indian laws and regulations, including Direct and Indirect Taxation. Required Skills: - Hands-on experience in overall accounts management in a factory setting. - Proficiency in Data Integrity and Data Analysis. - Business Acumen. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - IT proficiency, including exposure to SAP. Qualification Required: - CA with 15-20 years of experience.,
