🎯 Role Overview

Digital Marketing Manager

Opus Industries (AEROBILD AAC Blocks)
– B2B building materials.
Aikhya Infra Developers (Vanam – E5 World)
– real estate plots, villas & resort living.
AdPixel (Digital Marketing Agency)
– scaling marketing services for clients.

plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute digital marketing strategy for multiple businesses.
Allocate and optimize ad budgets (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn).
Campaign Management
Run performance-driven campaigns (lead generation, retargeting, awareness).
Manage landing pages, funnels, and CRM automation (GoHighLevel, etc.).
Content & SEO
Coordinate with content/SEO teams for blogs, creatives, and keyword ranking.
Optimize websites for SEO & conversions.
Analytics & Reporting
Track KPIs: CPC, CPL, CTR, ROI.
Generate weekly & monthly reports with actionable insights.
Team Management
Lead telecallers, SEO/content writers, and design teams.
Coordinate with external agencies/freelancers.

✅ Requirements

6–10 years of experience in
digital marketing & performance campaigns
.
Proven expertise in
Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, SEO, and automation tools
.
Strong knowledge of
CRM & funnels (GoHighLevel/HubSpot/Zoho, etc.)
.
Hands-on experience with
real estate marketing
or
B2B industrial campaigns
is a plus.
Excellent communication & leadership skills.
