Head of Finance and Accounting

As the Accounts & Finance Head at Sunrise Naturals Private Limited, your role will involve overseeing financial management, banking compliance, taxation, working capital assessment, and MIS reporting while managing a team of 7-8 professionals. Your strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication will be key to effectively managing the financial operations of an export-oriented organization. Key Responsibilities: - Financial & Banking Compliance: - Handle banking operations related to working capital limits, term loans, LC, Bank Guarantees, and forward contracts. - Ensure compliance with banking norms and regulatory requirements. - Liaise with banks and financial institutions for loan approvals, renewals, and negotiations. - Cash Flow & Working Capital Management: - Monitor and assess working capital requirements and prepare CMA. - Conduct sensitivity analysis and fund flow applications to ensure financial stability. - Oversee daily cash flow management and ensure timely fund allocations. - Accounting & Taxation: - Oversee GST & Income Tax compliance, filings, and assessments. - Ensure timely and accurate finalization of quarterly and annual financial statements. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory frameworks. - Financial Reporting & MIS: - Design and implement MIS reporting systems for financial analysis and decision-making. - Finalize and present financial reports, forecasts, and risk assessments to management. - Analyze financial statements and suggest improvements in cost control and profitability. - Leadership & Team Management: - Lead and mentor a team of 7-8 finance and accounts professionals. - Ensure effective delegation, monitoring, and guidance to the accounts team. - Develop and implement financial policies and internal controls. Qualifications & Experience: - B.Com / M.Com (Preference for candidates with CA Inter or MBA in Finance). - 8-10 years of experience in a manufacturing & export organization. - Prior experience as HOD, managing a team of 4-5 members or more. - Thorough knowledge of banking, finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles. - Hands-on experience in GST, ERP systems, and financial reporting software. - Strong understanding of financial analysis, forecasting, and MIS reporting. In this role, your key skills should include: - Banking & Finance Expertise: Working capital management, LC, BG, term loans, and forward contracts. - Taxation & Compliance: In-depth knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and other regulatory frameworks. - Financial Analysis & Reporting: CMA preparation, fund flow, and MIS analysis. - ERP & Accounting Systems: Experience in automated accounting systems & ERP platforms. - Leadership & Communication: Ability to manage, mentor, and lead a finance team.,
