· Lead and grow a team of engineers across multiple products and projects.
· Own end-to-end delivery of software products with high performance, reliability, and scalability.
· Collaborate with product and data teams to define roadmaps, priorities, and success metrics.
· Ensure quality engineering standards, code reviews, and DevOps practices.
· Drive innovation and evaluate new tools, frameworks, and patterns.
· Mentor and coach team members for career development and technical growth.
· Proven track record of building and scaling engineering teams.
· Strong hands-on experience with:
· Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architecture.
· Experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
· Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
