Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Surat for the Head of Ecommerce. The Head of Ecommerce will be responsible for leading and managing the company's online sales strategy, optimizing the ecommerce platform, analyzing web analytics, and driving online sales performance. The role also involves project management, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in E-Commerce and Web Analytics skills
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Proven Sales experience
• Project Management skills
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work on-site in Surat
• Experience in the jewellery must required at least 2 year or luxury industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
