We're looking for an Online Marketplace Manager to lead, scale, and optimize our presence across leading marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit, etc.).

Role & Responsibilities

• Own and drive the P&L for all e-commerce channels (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Blinkit).
• Define marketplace strategies to achieve growth in sales, visibility, and market share.
• Oversee listing optimization, SEO-friendly content, pricing strategy, and campaign execution.
• Analyze sales trends, competitor activities, and category insights to guide decision-making.
• Lead a small team (executives/associates) to ensure smooth daily operations: listings, catalog hygiene, account health, and supply chain coordination.
• Build strong relationships with platform category managers to negotiate for visibility, promotions, and exclusive opportunities.
• Drive platform-specific ad campaigns (sponsored ads, display ads, promotions) to maximize ROI.
• Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards & reports for management, tracking performance KPIs.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce marketplace management, with at least 1+ years in a managerial or team-lead role.
• Strong expertise in Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Nykaa & Myntra Partner portals.
• Proven track record of scaling revenue and improving rankings on marketplaces.
• Strong analytical skills (Excel, Google Sheets, Data dashboards).
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams (content, design, logistics, marketing).
• Strategic mindset with a passion for wellness, Ayurveda, and conscious living.
