We are building India s strongest Virtual B2B Sales engine and this role is the key driver of that transformation.

Role Purpose

Build, lead & scale a high-impact Virtual Sales Organization that drives revenue growth, partner activation, multi-product penetration and expands nationwide digital distribution through mapped partners.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership

  • Deliver monthly Sales Targets across MF, Insurance, PMS, AIF & other product lines
  • Weekly forecasting with strong levers & conversion improvement
  • Drive COB closure & disciplined pipeline reviews for key revenue milestones
  • Expand partner distribution reach mapped & new partners
  • Scale revenue growth across defined segments

Team Transformation

  • Lead 40-60 VRMs (scale to 100+ in next 24 months)
  • Build structured capability development ladder with progress measured via Company NPS Score
  • Ensure high-quality partner conversations & objection handling
  • Create a competitive, energetic & growth-focused sales culture

Data, MIS & Governance

  • Daily ownership of dashboards, CRM hygiene & productivity trackers
  • Ensure T+1 data discipline with 100% accuracy
  • Provide board-level business insights with action-driven reporting

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align with Product teams through structured offline & online funnel reviews
  • Work with Ops & Support to fix operational friction & improve partner adoption
  • Maintain departmental alignment to accelerate distribution scale

Must-Have Skills

  • Inside/Digital Sales leadership (Contact-Center model)
  • High proficiency in MIS dashboards, CRM & data-driven decision making
  • Ability to train, motivate & scale young sales teams
  • Excellent communication & stakeholder alignment
  • Zero-excuse ownership mindset with urgency and execution discipline

Experience

  • 10-20 years in Digital/Inside Sales Leadership
  • Finance industry experience preferred (not mandatory)
  • Hindi speaking is a plus for nationwide coverage
  • Graduate / MBA preferred
