Role Overview We re looking for a high-impact Performance Marketer to drive digital acquisition and growth. This is a hands-on, team-leading role where you ll plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across paid channels with a focus on measurable results. Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end performance marketing strategy across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube, and other digital channels Lead a team of content, design and performance marketing and mentor junior marketers to deliver strong ROI across campaigns Build and scale lead generation funnels, optimize CPLs, and drive conversions across different audience segments (ICPs) Analyze campaign performance, report on KPIs, and iterate strategies to meet growth goals Manage ad budgets efficiently and deliver consistent performance improvements Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital performance marketing Qualifications Experience 5+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, especially in managing large-scale paid campaigns (>2Cr). Proven experience in managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams, including content, design, paid media, SEO, and automation. Strong understanding of digital marketing, inbound marketing, and performance-driven campaigns. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
