Job Responsibilities – Head of Digital (Canva & Design)

• Develop and execute the digital design strategy aligned with brand and business objectives
• Lead all Canva-based creative design activities across social media, e-commerce, and digital marketing platforms
• Create, manage, and maintain Canva Brand Kits, templates, and design systems
• Ensure brand consistency in design, colors, fonts, and visual tone across all digital channels
• Oversee the design of:
• Social media posts, reels covers & stories
• Digital ads & promotional banners
• E-commerce product images & creatives
• Website, landing page & email creatives
• Manage, mentor, and review work of designers and creative team members
• Coordinate with marketing, content, and e-commerce teams to deliver conversion-focused designs
• Approve final creatives before publishing or campaign launch
• Monitor and analyze creative performance (engagement, CTR, conversions) and optimize designs accordingly
• Implement A/B testing and design improvements based on data insights
• Ensure compliance with platform guidelines (social media, marketplaces, ad policies)
• Maintain creative timelines, calendars, and workflow processes
• Stay updated with Canva tools, AI features, and digital design trends
• Manage Canva Pro access, design resources, and creative budgets
• Prepare and present creative performance reports to management

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
