Requirements and skills

·     B.Tech in (Mechanical)

·      Hands-on experience in AutoCAD, Solid works

·      Knowledge of Staad pro software

·      Knowledge of Tekla software

·      Steel Structure

·     BOM making and reading

Team Handling Experience

Role and Responsibilities –

·      Develop and implement design strategies aligned with business goals.

·      Lead and mentor Design team, fostering collaboration and growth.

·      Ensure high-quality design output, maintaining design standards and guidelines.

·      Oversee design projects from concept to launch.

·      Establish efficient design processes and workflows.

·      Encourage design innovation and stay updated on industry trends.

·      Budgeting: Manage design budgets and resources.

·      Work closely with production, installation, and marketing teams

·      Create user-cantered design strategies and design implementation

·      Track design metrics to measure design team effectiveness.

·      Attract, retain, and develop top design talent.

·      Continuously improve design processes and workflow

·      Manage design team changes and ensure smooth transitions

·       Establish and maintain design standards and guidelines.

·      Ensure designs meet accessibility and inclusivity standards

·      Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

·      Leading design sprints and workshops

·      Conducting design audits and critiques

·      Developing design training programs

·      Creating design playbooks and guides
