The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical design, Hydraulic system, Pneumatic system, electrical system, automation technologies, and manufacturing processes, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive projects from concept to delivery. Key Skills & Competencies: • Strong expertise in mechanical design with a focus on automation systems and SPMs. • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Creo, etc.). • Knowledge of fabrication methods including welding, machining, sheet metal, and assembly. • Familiarity with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electromechanical systems. • Strong understanding of motion systems (servo, stepper, linear actuators, etc.). • Experience with GD&T, FMEA, DFM/DFA principles. • Good project management and team leadership skills. • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing projects from the initial concept and design phase through to final delivery, installation, and commissioning. This role requires deep technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and control systems to ensure that projects meet customer specifications, quality standards, and budget constraints. Responsibilities Project lifecycle management: · Drive all project phases from design and concept to final commissioning and customer sign-off. · Create comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
