Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a

  team of 10 Design Engineers

  to deliver innovative, reliable, and cost-effective solutions.
• Drive

  new product development

  and continuous improvement of existing valve designs.
• Ensure strict compliance with

  API 6D, API 600, API 603, ASME, and other international valve standards

  .
• Oversee

  design validation, prototyping, testing, and documentation

  for critical applications.
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and sales teams to align design with customer needs.
• Mentor and build technical capabilities within the team, fostering a culture of

  R&D and innovation

  .

Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s in Mechanical Engineering (or related field).

• 10–15 years of experience

  in valve design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

• In-depth technical knowledge of API 6D, API 600, and API 603

  standards is mandatory.
• Strong background in

  industrial valve design, pressure equipment, and critical applications

  .
• Proficiency in

  CAD/CAE tools and design simulation software

  .
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and project management skills.
