We are looking for a dynamic and forward-thinking Business Development Executive to elevate our brand visibility and build lasting client relationships through innovative communication and strategic engagement. Job Overview The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and helping to grow the company's revenue. The role typically involves a combination of sales, marketing, and strategic planning activities. A BDE works closely with other teams such as sales, marketing, product development, and management to drive the business's growth. Roles & Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, cold-calling, emails, and social media outreach. Qualify potential leads and turn them into clients by understanding their needs, pain points, and challenges. Maintain a pipeline of prospects and track interactions with potential clients. Client Acquisition Develop and execute strategies to acquire new customers or clients. Present business solutions and offerings to prospective clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure client satisfaction. Relationship Management Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential clients. Act as the main point of contact between clients and the company, addressing any concerns or queries. Ensure repeat business and foster loyalty among key accounts. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and customer needs. Gather insights on competitor offerings, positioning, and market activity to guide the companys business strategies. Strategic Planning & Business Growth Work closely with senior management to develop business strategies, goals, and plans. Identify new business sectors and markets to enter or expand within. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings for specific market needs. Sales Reporting & Forecasting Regularly update sales forecasts and provide insights into market conditions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and outcomes in CRM tools. Report progress against targets, revenue goals, and sales pipeline to senior management. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams Work with marketing to develop campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Collaborate with the product development or operations teams to ensure solutions meet client needs. Engage with the legal or finance departments to prepare contracts, budgets, and pricing structures. Negotiation & Deal Closing Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements with clients. Close business deals effectively and ensure both client and company needs are met. Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives. Customer Feedback & Product Improvement Collect feedback from clients regarding services or products provided. Provide insights to the product and marketing teams on customer requirements and areas for improvement. Event & Networking Participation Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build a professional network. Represent the company and its offerings at various business and networking events.

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with deep expertise in textile dyeing and printing processes . The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in a variety of techniques such as screen printing, digital printing, reactive dyeing, and pigment dyeing. This role involves managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, optimizing processes, and collaborating with multiple departments to deliver high-quality textile products efficiently and sustainably. Key Responsibilities: Dyeing & Printing Operations: Execute and oversee various dyeing and printing techniques (screen, digital, reactive, pigment, etc.). Ensure consistent color matching using spectrophotometers and manual methods. Maintain strict quality control across all stages of production. Monitor and troubleshoot issues like color variations, print defects, and equipment problems. Process Optimization: Analyze dyeing and printing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Implement lean manufacturing practices and waste-reduction initiatives. Maintain accurate records and reports on production performance. Production Planning & Coordination: Develop and manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines. Balance capacity planning and resource allocation. Collaborate with design, merchandising, and sales teams to align production with market needs. Quality Assurance & Compliance: Conduct fabric testing (color fastness, durability, print quality). Ensure compliance with internal and external standards (e.g., Oeko-Tex, GOTS). Uphold environmental and social responsibility standards throughout the production process. Skills & Qualifications: Education: Degree in Textile Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: 4 or 5 years in textile dyeing and printing, preferably in a supervisory role. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of textile chemistry, color theory, and printing technologies. Tools: Proficient in color-matching instruments (e.g., spectrophotometers), production software, and lab testing protocols. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities. Certifications (Preferred): Knowledge of ISO standards, Oeko-Tex, GOTS, or similar certifications.
