Roles & Responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, cold-calling, emails, and social media outreach. Job Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional with deep expertise in textile dyeing and printing processes . The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in a variety of techniques such as screen printing, digital printing, reactive dyeing, and pigment dyeing. This role involves managing production schedules, ensuring quality standards, optimizing processes, and collaborating with multiple departments to deliver high-quality textile products efficiently and sustainably. Key Responsibilities: Dyeing & Printing Operations: Execute and oversee various dyeing and printing techniques (screen, digital, reactive, pigment, etc.). Ensure consistent color matching using spectrophotometers and manual methods. Maintain strict quality control across all stages of production. Monitor and troubleshoot issues like color variations, print defects, and equipment problems. Process Optimization: Analyze dyeing and printing workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs. Implement lean manufacturing practices and waste-reduction initiatives. Maintain accurate records and reports on production performance. Production Planning & Coordination: Develop and manage production schedules to meet delivery deadlines. Balance capacity planning and resource allocation. Tools: Proficient in color-matching instruments (e.g., spectrophotometers), production software, and lab testing protocols.
