We’re looking for a Head of Design

What You’ll Be Doing (Besides Looking Fabulous)

• Lead, guide, and occasionally rescue a team of passionate designers.
• Shape the creative direction for

  rugs, pillows, throws, and hard home

  .
• Spot trends before they hit Pinterest — and make them better.
• Work with sales and merchandising to make sure your genius ideas actually get sold.
• Balance big ideas with real deadlines (yes, that’s possible).
• Keep the vibe fun, the designs fresh, and the team inspired.

What You Bring to the Table (Other Than Fabric Swatches)

• A

  Textile Design degree

  (Bachelor’s or Master’s — we love overachievers).

• 8+ years

  of experience in the

  home textile world

  .
• Deep knowledge of

  weaving, printing, embroidery, and jacquard

  (you can probably explain warp and weft in your sleep).
• Sharp trend sense and a creative eye that never blinks.
• Leadership with warmth, humor, and just enough madness to keep things interesting.
