• Hyperdash(www.hyperdash.city) is a new subsidiary of Neev Energy bringing indigenous designed and developed suite of integrated AI led solutions for smart urban infrastructure combining advanced lighting technology with IoT connectivity and intelligent management systems. Its flagship offerings include Intelligent lighting controllers (HyperControl), smart Lighting Management platform (HyperLite) and Digital operations platform (HyperStreet). The company plans to grow rapidly both in fast growing India as well as selected international markets of Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa and Europe.

Role Overview :

· Neev Energy is seeking a high-potential professional to lead our complete Delivery operations and performance management for all our System integration/EPC projects.

· The role requires a leader who can drive operational excellence, coordinate cross-functional teams, and deliver consistent results in project execution, cost control, collections and quality assurance as per customer contracts.

· Project Delivery Leadership: Oversee and lead project execution across all EPC projects (including both new deployments and O&M projects) ensuring all key project milestones and financial plans are met on schedule as per customer contracts.

· Operational Excellence: Implement best-in-class processes, tools, and systems to streamline project planning, execution, monitoring and reporting as per management requirements.

· Cost & Efficiency Management: Drive cost discipline, ensuring projects are delivered within budget while identifying and implementing areas of cost and productivity gains.

· Process & SOP Development: Document, standardize, and roll out SOPs for critical functions including project execution, reporting, and inter-department workflows.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with project heads, Supply Chain, finance, QA, Product/Technology and sales teams to align goals, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure smooth operations.

· Team Development: Mentor and guide regional and project-level managers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Role encompasses providing leadership and Resource Management for PAN India Delivery operations team

· Future Leadership Readiness: Develop the capabilities to scale operations nationally and internationally, aligning with the company’s strategic growth plan.

· Involves extensive traveling meeting customers, partners, sub-contractors and stakeholders

Qualifications:

· BE/BS in in Electrical/Electronics/CS/equivalent

· MBA (preferred)

Experience:

· Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in leading Project and delivery operations for technology led EPC/SI projects to Central/State Govt, Municipal and Urban local bodies with at least 5 years in leadership role managing multiple/PAN India project teams.

· Exposure to having managed projects in smart lighting solutions, IoT controllers, automation, utilities, or smart city markets is strongly preferred.

· Excellent people management, communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Strong delivery and commercial acumen to own and lead end to end projects including financial performance.

· Leadership skills and potential to grow into a COO role.
