Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced iGaming Affiliate Manager to manage and expand our affiliate network partnerships across international geographies. The ideal candidate will have proven experience with both app-based and web-based affiliate channels, structured on CPA and RevShare models. You must be skilled in managing affiliates in the casino, gambling, and poker verticals, and familiar with working alongside media buyers, as well as affiliates running Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other digital channels.

Key Responsibilities!

• Affiliate Relationship Management:

o Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with affiliates, publishers, and media buyers across multiple markets (EU, LATAM, Asia, etc.).

o Onboard new affiliates, ensuring proper tracking, compliance, and timely activation.

o Affiliate Campaign delivery across CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and CPI as per Client requirement.

o Identify high-performing affiliates and work with them to maximize partnerships.

• Geographic Expansion & Strategy

o Support expansion into regulated and emerging iGaming markets.

o Customize strategies based on localized regulations, cultural nuances, and traffic behaviors.

• Affiliate Acquisition & Outreach:

o Proactively source and recruit potential new affiliates using online platforms, forums, and event networking.

• Compliance & Fraud Prevention:

o Ensure affiliate activities adhere to brand guidelines, player protection policy, and advertising regulations.

o Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure affiliates adhere to GEO-specific legal requirements.

• Cross-Team Collaboration:

o Work with product, CRM, and media buying teams to align promotions, campaigns, and targets.

o Coordinate with the finance team for timely payment processing and report reconciliation.

Requirements!

• Experience:

o At least XX in iGaming affiliate marketing, preferably with exposure across multiple international GEOs.

o Experience in managing both web and in-app traffic sources under CPA and RevShare models.

• Technical Knowledge:

o Familiarity with tracking tools such as Trackier, IncomeAccess, Appsflyer, Adjust etc.

o Working knowledge of affiliate platforms and CRM tools.

• Skills:

o Strong data interpretation and analytical skills.

o Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management.

o Flexibility to adapt to changing marketing conditions and GEO dynamics.

• Other:

o Comfortable working with multiple time zones as per client availability.
