Job Description

As a candidate for this position, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: - Developing work plans to enhance charging service quality. - Conducting safety and quality audits during installation, commissioning, maintenance, and emergencies. - Monitoring departmental tasks and negotiating with partners, DISCOMs, OEMs, and vendors. - Organizing technical/safety training and policy orientation. - Fostering a workplace culture that aligns with compliance and ethics. To excel in this role, you will need to have the following qualifications: - 5+ years of relevant experience. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills for consensus-building. - Excellent organizational skills for time management and delegation. - Ability to work independently, manage projects under deadlines with minimal supervision, and maintain high discipline and compliance. - Demonstrating strong ownership, accountability, creativity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn. - Service-oriented with a focus on efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction. - Ethical and consistent workplace behavior expected. Your knowledge of power systems, EV charging solutions, and electronics will be essential, along with familiarity with CPCB, DISCOM, CEA, IE Rules, and State Acts, as well as awareness of labor laws (EPF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus). Your service mindset should be focused on safety, sustainability, and customer experience.
