Head - Contract ( for International Projects )

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (BE/B.Tech Civil)

Postgraduate specialization in Contract Management from NICMAR/RICS.

Experience:

Construction Industry Experience: 15+ years of experience, with a significant focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.

Contract Management Expertise: At least 08-10 years in a similar role, with proven expertise in international project contract administration under FIDIC, ICC, JCT and NEC frameworks.

Project Closeout & Claims Management: Demonstrated success in the contractual closeout of at least 6 international projects, including claims and arbitration.

Dispute Resolution & Arbitration: Extensive experience in handling international disputes and arbitration, with a strong

Key Skills and Competencies:

Contract Knowledge: In-depth understanding of FIDIC, ICC, JCT and NEC contractual terms and conditions.

Negotiation & Leadership Skills: Proven skills in negotiation, stakeholder management, and team leadership.

Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in contract review and document preparation.
