Job Description

We are seeking a senior leader to Head the Contracts function for our client in Real Estate . The role involves driving contract strategy, leading negotiations, ensuring compliance with Indian real estate regulations, and managing high-value contracts for construction & procurement.

Strong expertise in Contract Management and Contract Negotiation processes
Proficiency in Procurement practices and strategies
Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively with Team Management skills
Strong Analytical Skills for reviewing and interpreting complex contractual data
Excellent knowledge of compliance, risk management, and legal language
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engg.
Experience in leadership roles within contract management or procurement
