Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Business Development with a strong sales background to lead and manage the entire operations and growth of our center. This role is a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on business development, responsible for driving revenue, building strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence at the center.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales

  • Drive business growth and revenue generation for the center through B2B/B2C sales initiatives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
  • Lead the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

Center Management & Leadership

  • Oversee all aspects of the centers operations including sales, service delivery, marketing, and administration.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage a team of sales executives, support staff, and operational personnel.
  • Conduct regular team reviews, trainings, and performance evaluations.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products or services at the center.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to adapt business strategies.
  • Prepare business forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.

Customer Experience & Retention

  • Ensure a high-quality customer experience throughout the customer journey.
  • Address customer issues/escalations in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop strategies to increase customer retention and lifetime value.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 8–12 years of progressive experience in sales/business development, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or center management role.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Experience in managing teams and running P&L for a business unit or center.
