In the Value Capture team within Corporate Development, you will support global M&A initiatives across the deal lifecycle.You will work closely with the deal execution, due diligence, integration and cross-functional teams to help identify, plan, and track value creation opportunities from acquisitions.This is a high-impact role offering exposure to strategic projects, senior stakeholders, and global business units.Assist in research and analysis to support the identification of revenue and cost synergy opportunitiesContribute to the development of post-deal joint client propositions and operating model frameworksSupport the preparation of internal presentations and documentation for executive stakeholdersHelp track progress against value capture plans, including synergy realization and KPI monitoringCollaborate with business units, delivery, and functional teams to gather data and insightsSupport the integration team in aligning execution with the value capture roadmapWork extensively with the sponsoring BU leaders in both pre and post-deal world and become closely involved with delivery, operations and corporate functional leaders post-close in delivering the value capture planWork closely with Strategic Due Diligence, Sourcing & Execution, and Post-Merger Integration teams within Corporate DevelopmentAssist in preparing materials for Executive Leadership, Investment Committee, and Board-level reviews.Contribute to the continuous improvement of the M&A value capture playbook and tools.The role whilst based out of India will support our global M&A pursuitsIndustry Experience: Business services, Technology services or other professional services experience essentialFunctional Experience: Prior experience in business strategy, revenue and cost synergy identification/planning/tracking, and commercial due diligence with a top-tier consulting firm or from another multi-geo global organizationYears of Experience: 4-6 years of relevant experienceEducation: BA or BS Economics, Finance, or other relevant business degree; MBA preferred but not required; CA, CPA, CFA or other relevant professional/ post-graduate qualification desirableAction oriented � Driven, finds work fulfilling; is full of energy; approaches challenges with enthusiasm but also wisdom.Business acumen � Understands industry dynamics and is aware of how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace.Technology savvy � Knows and can quickly learn new technology trends and concepts; and able to extract financial metrics after speaking with technical teams.Positivity � pragmatic but positive, sees opportunities, adapts well to change.Relationship development � Understands what holds value for specific business executives; polished, tactful.Creativity and resourcefulness � Able to bring and execute fresh and innovative solutions.Organizational agility � Knows how to get things done formally and informally.Perseverance � Able to collaborate and work through barriers.Planning � Able to scope out tasks and set objectives and goals while anticipating changes
