Job Title: Head Marketplace (E-commerce)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketplace strategies to meet sales and profitability targets.
Manage product listings, catalogue accuracy, pricing, and keyword optimization.
Track daily sales, conversions, and performance metrics; implement data-driven improvements.
Oversee marketplace advertising campaigns and optimize RoAS.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure inventory availability and on-time order fulfillment.
Maintain strong marketplace compliance, seller performance metrics, and operational SLAs.
Collaborate with marketplace account managers for promotions, events, and visibility opportunities.
Lead and guide the marketplace team to achieve departmental goals.

Desired Candidate Profile

5-10 years of e-commerce marketplace experience (publishing experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meta Ads, Shopify Sales and marketplace analytics.
Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver consistent results.
Proficiency in Excel and marketplace performance tools.

Education

Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
