Role & responsibilities Lead Generation: Actively scout and identify potential leads through door-to-door campaigns, apartment activities, and local community outreach. Engage with parents and guardians to explain the school's offerings and benefits. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, community groups, and key influencers to create brand awareness. Event Support: Coordinate and participate in school events, workshops, and apartment events to attract potential students. Handle on-ground execution of promotional activities like distributing flyers, setting up booths, and managing event logistics. Admissions Support: Follow up on generated leads and convert them into admissions through continuous communication. Travel and Coverage: Regularly travel within assigned territories to maximize coverage and engagement. Ensure timely completion of daily and weekly activity targets. Preferred candidate profile a) Priority - Candidates from the Educational sector b) Must have 6 months of experience as a Business Development Executive in any sector
