Role & responsibilities

  • Collaborate with academic leadership to align business functions with the educational mission of the school
  • Analyse market trends, competitors, and operational performance to refine business strategies
  • Conduct regular feasibility studies for potential business expansions, such as setting up new campuses or launching online learning platforms
  • Create actionable business improvement plans based on data-driven insights
  • Identify growth opportunities, such as new revenue streams, partnerships, or expansion initiatives
  • Create and oversee revenue generation plans, focusing on sustainable growth and financial independence
  • Establish and maintain a competitive tuition pricing model aligned with the school's value proposition and market trends

  • Lead enrolment management, including admissions strategy and student retention
  • Oversee branding, marketing, and outreach to ensure the school is competitive in the education sector
  • Organize high-impact events and workshops to engage stakeholders and boost the schools reputation
  • Strengthen digital presence through social media, search engine optimization, and online advertising campaigns
  • Design strategies to improve student admissions, focusing on unique value propositions and competitive differentiation
  • Establish systems to enhance the overall parent-student experience from inquiry to enrollment
  • Track and analyze enrollment patterns, identifying areas for intervention and improvement
  • Build strong relationships with corporate sponsors, government bodies, and local communities to unlock growth opportunities
  • Act as a business advisor to academic leaders, ensuring alignment between academic goals and operational capabilities
  • Introduce benchmarking practices to compare and enhance performance against top-tier institutions
  • Manage resource allocation to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality
  • Establish innovation teams to explore and test cutting-edge ideas for school operations and business growth
  • Monitor and review teams performance monthly and support them for improvement
