Role Overview

Marketing Manager

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

• Develop and implement marketing strategies that align with organizational goals.
  
• Conduct market research to identify target audiences and assess trends and emerging opportunities.
  
• Define and monitor marketing KPIs to evaluate and optimize campaign performance.
  

Campaign Management

• Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, print media, social, email, and events.
  
• Create compelling content including website copy, case studies, brochures, presentations, and blog posts.
  

Brand Development

• Oversee brand consistency across all communication channels.
  
• Build and manage brand identity initiatives, including testimonials, success stories, and visual guidelines.
  

Sales Enablement

• Develop and manage marketing collateral to support sales efforts.
  
• Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure message alignment and go-to-market readiness.
  

Analytics & Reporting

• Analyze marketing data to provide actionable insights.
  
• Report performance and strategic recommendations to senior leadership on a regular basis.
  

Industry Engagement

• Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activity, and new technologies.
  
• Represent the brand at key industry events, trade shows, and networking forums.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  
• 15-20 years of marketing experience, with at least 46 years in a leadership role.
  
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills backed by data-driven thinking.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Proficiency in CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  
• Industry experience in automotive, building material, smart mobility or parking.
