Head Interior Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Interior Designer to lead our design team and manage the full end-to-end execution of residential interior projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong creative abilities along with project and team management experience, ensuring seamless delivery from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the complete lifecycle of residential interior projects—from concept development and client onboarding to final execution and handover.

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the internal design team, ensuring high-quality output, creativity, and efficiency across all phases of the project.

Client Handling: Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project, managing presentations, approvals, queries, and satisfaction.

Design Coordination: Drive the design process, including space planning, working drawings, 3D visualizations, and design detailing.

Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits for design coordination, quality checks, execution support, and to resolve any on-site issues.

Material Selection: Coordinate with vendors and clients for selection and approval of materials, finishes, fixtures, and furniture.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Liaise with internal teams such as project management, procurement, and sales to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.

Multi-Project Oversight: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring each is aligned with timelines, budgets, and client expectations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in residential interior design, with demonstrated experience managing complete project cycles.

Proficiency in design tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp/3Ds Max, V-Ray, and Adobe Photoshop.

Strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.

Keen eye for detail and design sensibility with practical knowledge of interior construction and materials.

Ability to multitask and perform under pressure in a dynamic work environment.

Salary: Up to ₹75000/month (based on experience and expertise)
