About the Role: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Operations Head to lead and coordinate multiple residential interior projects across sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient planning, resource allocation, and on-site execution, while aligning materials, manpower, and project timelines for smooth delivery. Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination: Oversee and coordinate the execution of multiple residential interior projects simultaneously. Team Management: Align and manage on-site teams including supervisors, contractors, and vendors for timely and quality delivery. Material Planning: Coordinate with procurement and design teams to ensure timely availability and delivery of materials to sites. Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Timeline & Budget Adherence: Track project milestones, control costs, and ensure timely completion within the defined budgets. Client Coordination: Work closely with client servicing and design teams to ensure alignment on expectations and project updates. Reporting: Prepare weekly progress reports and flag risks or bottlenecks proactively. Key Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or site operations in the interior design/build industry. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with tight deadlines. Good communication and leadership skills. Sound knowledge of interior execution processes and material coordination. Salary: Up to ₹60,000/month, negotiable based on experience and skillset Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: Hybrid remote in Gurgaon, Haryana
