ERP Development & Implementation

- Lead the design, development, and rollout of Unimechs custom-built ERP system. - Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements across departments including production, inventory, procurement, finance, and HR. - Define architecture, workflows, and modules that reflect aerospace manufacturing processes. - Ensure scalability, modularity, and integration with existing systems and future technologies. - Oversee testing, deployment, user training, and post-implementation support.

Process Mapping & Optimization

- Understand and document end-to-end business processes specific to aerospace tooling and machining. - Identify gaps and inefficiencies in current workflows and propose digital solutions. - Align ERP functionalities with AS9100 and other aerospace compliance standards.

IT Infrastructure & Security

- Manage and upgrade IT infrastructure including servers, networks, databases, and cloud services.

- Implement cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures.

- Ensure high system availability, disaster recovery planning, and business continuity.

Team Leadership & Collaboration

- Build and lead a cross-functional IT team including developers, analysts, and support staff.

- Foster collaboration between IT and operational departments to ensure alignment and adoption.

- Provide technical mentorship and promote a culture of innovation and accountability.

Digital Transformation & Innovation

- Drive adoption of Industry 4.0 technologies such as IoT, real-time data analytics, and smart manufacturing. - Explore integration of digital tools for quality control, production monitoring, and predictive maintenance. - Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend strategic investments.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering. - 15+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in aerospace or precision manufacturing. - Proven experience in developing and implementing custom ERP systems. - Strong understanding of machining processes, tooling systems, and aerospace manufacturing workflows. - Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills. - Knowledge of cybersecurity, cloud platforms, and database management.

Preferred Attributes:

- Experience with aerospace compliance standards (AS9100, ISO). - Exposure to digital manufacturing and smart factory initiatives.
