Quality Manager

Role & responsibilities Ability to lead and motivate teams, delegate tasks, and manage resources effectively. Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, statistical analysis, and quality management systems. Ability to identify problems, analyze data, and develop effective solutions. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate quality-related information to various stakeholders. High degree of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and consistency in all aspects of quality assurance. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, suppliers, and customers. Hands on experience of measuring instruments (CMM and complex measuring instruments like Comtrace CV 3000 & 3100, Video Measuring System, (Batty, Arcs & Mitutoyo), Surface Finish Tester (Zeiss & Mitutoyo), Roundness Tester Profile Projector. Hands on experience in Non-destructive testing like PFD, MFD, Conductivity, Hardness testing, Acid etch inspection & Anodic flaw detection (NAS-410). Hands on experience of Special processes like different types of Anodizing processes, Shot Peening, Vacuum Blasting, Painting, Dry Lubrication Application, Passivation, Acid Etch inspection etc. (Airbus & Boeing). Hands on experience understanding and solving problems, to meet GD & T requirement while manufacturing product. Knowledge of different Manufacturing processes & Special Processes (Machining, Sheet Metal, Forging, Casting, Welding, Heat Treatment, Plating, Painting& Different Special Processes. Knowledge on ISO/TS -16949 and AS9100 standards. Knowledge on NADCAP requirements of chemical processing (Anodizing, Cadmium plating, shot peening & NDT processes. APQP, PPAP, MSA, SPC, 6, PFD, PFMEA, Control plan, 7QC tools, CAPA/CAR, 8D, SOP, Poke-Yoke, PPM reduction, Kaizen, 5S Concept and Waste Elimination, Why-why analysis. Industry experience: Aerospace & Defence Machining, Tooling & Assembly. Manages quality labs & CMMs machines for testing & inspection of products & processes. Co-ordinates & gets approval of First Article Inspection (FAIR) reports for development & industrialization of the products in the company.
