Head HR - Corporate in Manufacturing Industry - IIM/XLRI/TISS/MDI (7-15 yrs) Location: Hyderabad Corporates office role Scope; HR Head to lead the Human Resources department - Opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of a rapidly growing organization - Reporting to Sr leadership team. Education: MBA in Human Resource Management from a top-tier educational institution such as TISS, XLRI, SCMHRD, or IIMs. Experience: Minimum of 7-15 years of HR experience, with significant exposure to the manufacturing industry. - Head of HR for the organization leading all aspects across OD, TM, L&D, HR Business Partnering, ERLR, HR Ops and Employee Services Knowledge: - Strong understanding of labour laws, HR policies, and best practices in any manufacturing sector. - As Corporate HR Head, leading Center of Excellence which includes Talent Acquisition (TA), Organization Development & Effectiveness (OD & OE), Employer Services (ES) Key Skills : Strategic HR Leadership, Recruitment and Talent Management, PMS
