Responsibilities: - Lead the Urban and Rural GTM - Channel and Program Management - Manage the Channel Structure and Inputs - Develop the Program Structure to drive the Wholesale / Superstores / Chemist programs. - Own the Visibility Implementation - Own the rollout of DMS and other Sales IT initiatives. - Monitoring of Results and Planning - Database management of Programs, Outlets and Beats - Planning of Distribution Drives and Offtake activities - Meeting of Channel and Program Sales Targets and Evolution of Distribution Parameters Reporting to: Head of Sales
