As a key member of the team at Kaapi Machines (India) Pvt. Ltd., you will have an integral role in driving business growth and fostering alliances with brands that share similar values. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying suitable retail chains and outlets to showcase the SB range of products, ensuring effective product listing and marketing promotions, and driving sales in the retail channel. A crucial aspect of your role will involve developing a deep understanding of the coffee equipment category and its technology. You will be expected to disseminate this knowledge to retail partners, their staff, and other stakeholders, thereby enhancing brand awareness and engagement. In addition to expanding product distribution through new channels in the region, you will be responsible for leading commercial negotiations with retailers and ensuring strong brand representation during promotions. Collaborating closely with the product and marketing teams, you will drive campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA in Marketing (Full time) along with 5-8 years of relevant experience, with a CTC of up to 18 LPA. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in people management, leadership, and negotiation. A proactive approach, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities will be key to your success in this position. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, and previous experience in the home appliances industry would be advantageous. Key Responsibilities: Sell-Out & Sales Growth Responsibility for driving sell-out across all channels – brand shops, key accounts, modern trade, and general trade. Work closely with Sales teams to ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets. Design and execute retail activation programs to increase conversion and volume. Trade Marketing & Store Marketing Build and implement national trade marketing calendar to maximize sales impact. Develop and roll out consumer promotions, in-store activities, and branding programs. Ensure brand visibility and strong retail presence across stores nationwide. Promoter & Training Management Recruit, train, and manage promoters and in-store sales staff. Develop structured training modules on product knowledge, customer handling, and upselling skills. Monitor promoter productivity and design incentive programs to boost performance. Key Accounts & Retail Partnerships Collaborate with Key Account Managers to run joint marketing initiatives with retail partners. Strengthen relationships with large format stores and ensure alignment of activities with sales targets. Track performance of accounts and recommend growth strategies. Analytics & Reporting Monitor sell-out data, track ROI of campaigns, and analyse consumer buying behavior. Report competition activity and recommend proactive action plans. Present regular dashboards on sales and marketing performance to management. Key Requirements: 5–7 years of experience in Consumer Durables in Trade Marketing & Sell-Out Management. Proven track record of achieving sell-out targets through effective marketing and sales enablement. Strong understanding of retail channel dynamics (brand shops, promoters, key accounts). Excellent people management skills with experience in handling large promoter teams. Strong communication, analytical, and negotiation skills. Flexibility to travel extensively across India.
