Modern Trade Manager

As a key member of the team at Kaapi Machines (India) Pvt. Ltd., you will have an integral role in driving business growth and fostering alliances with brands that share similar values. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying suitable retail chains and outlets to showcase the SB range of products, ensuring effective product listing and marketing promotions, and driving sales in the retail channel. A crucial aspect of your role will involve developing a deep understanding of the coffee equipment category and its technology. You will be expected to disseminate this knowledge to retail partners, their staff, and other stakeholders, thereby enhancing brand awareness and engagement. In addition to expanding product distribution through new channels in the region, you will be responsible for leading commercial negotiations with retailers and ensuring strong brand representation during promotions. Collaborating closely with the product and marketing teams, you will drive campaigns aimed at enhancing customer engagement and loyalty. To excel in this role, you should possess an MBA in Marketing (Full time) along with 5-8 years of relevant experience, with a CTC of up to 18 LPA. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, as well as proficiency in people management, leadership, and negotiation. A proactive approach, strategic thinking, and analytical capabilities will be key to your success in this position. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required, and previous experience in the home appliances industry would be advantageous.
