Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Leadership

  • Develop and execute HR strategy aligned with the organizations vision and growth.
  • Partner with the leadership team on business planning, workforce management, and organizational change.
  • Establish HR as a strategic business partner in decision-making processes.

Talent Management & Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment strategies for domestic and international roles.
  • Build strong employer branding across platforms and build strategic talent pipelines.
  • Develop and implement talent engagement, retention, and succession plans.

Performance Management & OD

  • Overhaul and manage robust performance management systems (OKR/KPI based).
  • Design and execute organizational development (OD) initiatives and competency frameworks.
  • Drive continuous performance feedback culture with periodic performance reviews.

Learning & Development

  • Develop training programs for capability enhancement across technical, functional, and leadership levels.
  • Promote a learning culture through blended learning platforms and e-learning solutions.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage annual C&B cycles, benchmarking studies, and total rewards strategy.
  • Ensure pay equity, internal parity, and link performance with rewards.

HR Operations & Digitalization

  • Oversee HR operations including payroll, employee records, HRMS, and compliance.
  • Lead HR tech initiatives such as HRIS implementation, automation of workflows, etc.
  • Ensure statutory and labor law compliance for multi-location operations.

Employee Engagement & Culture Building

  • Lead initiatives around employee well-being, satisfaction, and motivation.
  • Promote a diverse, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
  • Design internal communication and employee feedback mechanisms.

Key Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification:

    MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent from a reputed institution.
  • Experience:

    15–25 years in HR, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership/Head HR role in mid to large-sized organizations.
  • Industry experience in

    Logistics, Event Management, International Relocations, or Fine Art Handling

    is a strong advantage.
  • Exposure to managing both white-collar and blue-collar workforce is essential.
  • Must have hands-on experience in implementing HR tech and digital transformation projects.
