Job Description

Key Responsibilities (KRAs):

1. Strategic Talent Acquisition & Culture Fit

  • Build a high-performance team across Sales, Marketing, BD, Strategy, and Support functions
  • Design and execute agile recruitment processes with a zero wrong hire mindset
  • Ensure culture-fit and performance-readiness in every hire

2. Performance Management & Accountability Framework

  • Implement and consistently evolve KRA/KPI-driven appraisal systems
  • Drive monthly reviews and quarterly performance recalibration across teams
  • Institutionalize a merit-based reward and consequence structure

3. Learning, Development & Capability Building

  • Design role-specific onboarding and continuous learning modules
  • Collaborate with external experts to deliver leadership and functional training
  • Ensure 100% team skill enhancement within 3 months of onboarding

4. Employee Experience & eNPS Leadership

  • Own the complete employee lifecycle: onboarding, engagement, retention, and exits
  • Launch initiatives that boost belonging, motivation, and cross-functional synergy
  • Target: Maintain eNPS > 60

5. HR Tech, Analytics & Process Automation

  • Leverage HRIS platforms for real-time insights and automation
  • Build dashboards for visibility into hiring, attrition, and productivity

6. Culture, Branding & Internal Communication

  • Make Sellability a talent magnet through strong internal culture and employer branding
  • Curate internal events, offsites, and digital campaigns that reflect our unique culture.

7. Compliance & Policy Framework

  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws, contracts, and employee guidelines
  • Build agile policies that empower speed, clarity, and accountability
  • Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in fast-growth or startup ecosystems
  • Strong exposure to sales-driven cultures and outcome-based environments
  • High EQ, strategic mindset, and the ability to influence CXOs and team leaders
  • Tech-savvy with experience in HR tools, dashboards, and data-driven HR practices
  • Proven track record of building teams and cultures that scale
