Job Description

As the leader of a team of talented shared services/operations professionals, your role involves ensuring high levels of engagement, productivity, and quality among team members. You will be responsible for building a solid understanding and ownership of operational processes within the team, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction through process excellence. Your duties include: - Standardizing processes and implementing automation - Driving continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with product teams Monitoring SLAs and key performance indicators (KPIs) will be crucial, requiring you to develop action plans to address any areas of concern. Balancing team health and productivity, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and managing relationships with internal teams and external service providers globally are also part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and capabilities of the team. Participating in annual budget planning, monitoring expenses to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints, overseeing the performance of shared service systems, tools, and technologies, maintaining strong operational controls, and assessing/mitigating associated risks are included in your duties. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field - Proven track record of improving key metrics and achieving KPI goals - Strong independent working abilities with a proactive, results-driven mindset - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English - Strong interpersonal skills for effective cross-team communication - Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing relationships with internal stakeholders and external service providers - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience in a startup or high-growth organization is considered a plus If you are passionate about acting as a partner for customers, continuously striving for improvement, fearlessly owning your actions, and building each other up as a team, then this opportunity to be part of a business, community, and mission awaits you.
