Head, HR Operations

Role Overview: You will lead a team of shared services/operations professionals to ensure high levels of engagement, productivity, and quality. Your focus will be on building a strong understanding and ownership of operational processes, with the goal of enhancing customer satisfaction through process excellence. Standardizing processes, implementing automation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives will be key aspects of your role.
