Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  1. Lead and develop B2B export business across assigned international regions for Tea & Coffee.
  2. Drive export strategy, distributor appointment, performance management, and asset utilization.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with international distributors, importers, HoReCa chains, corporates, institutions, and gifting partners.
  4. Own export revenue, profitability, and achievement of primary/secondary targets; review monthly MIS and forecasts.
  5. Lead coordination with logistics, finance, quality, and marketing teams to ensure smooth export operations and compliance.
  6. Represent the brand at global trade fairs, buyer meets, and strategic client engagements.

Experience Level:

  • 10+ years of experience in Export / International Business
  • Prior experience in Tea, Coffee, FMCG, or Agri-commodity exports preferred

Skills and Competencies:

  1. Strong global B2B network across Wholesale, HoReCa, Corporate, and Gifting segments.
  2. Strong understanding of export documentation, regulations, and international trade practices.
  3. Fluent in English & Hindi (additional foreign language is a plus).
  4. Proficient in Excel, CRM, and export management systems.
