Job Description

Responsibilities

In this role you will be leading and managing the IDP’s Digital platforms rollout and business enablement teams and be responsible for:
  • Developing and implementing industry’s best digital platforms enablement and adoption practices and processes
  • Lead the work to build and maintain the technology stacks (front and back) and integrations
  • Responsible for platform development, product functionality and development
  • Work closely with our Growth and Design teams to identify new services and solutions
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Cloud domain (AWS), included but not limited to multi-cloud ecosystems, cloud networking and identities, zero trust architectures, cloud middleware, AWS tech stack and tools, etc.
  • Drive for business process automation with rapid application development.
  • Monitor and analyze the consumption of tools license and utilization, identify the cost saving opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Developing departmental goals and strategies
  • Building and maintaining long-term business relations with internal and external stakeholders
  • Coordinating with the Project stakeholders in reviewing various project progress reports
  • Oversees engineering staff and ensures that they meet goals and objectives.
  • Development, measurement, and management of key metrics for group’s performance
  • Conceptualise, implement, and optimise business process automation
  • Planning content delivery improvements to bring in a greater number of customers

  • Actively engaged in the Digital adoption initiatives roll out and testing of various digital products (the engineering teams will roll out the products but this role understands, and appreciates adoption mandates and supports the activities as an enablement function).
  • Examining and keeping up-to-date with new technological developments
  • Overseeing the installation and testing of various engineering products
  • Evaluating and confirming product designs and structures
  • Discussing and negotiating contract terms and conditions with vendors and clients

Ø Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Allied sciencesØ Experience in establishing an high performing team and complete knowledge of best practices and processesØ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skillsØ Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skillsØ Strong leadership qualitiesØ Agile project management skillsØ Good time management and project management skillsØ Highly motivated and detail-oriented individualØ Ability to offer excellent customer service
