Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to expand the distribution network.
Identify, onboard, and manage new channel partners (CPs) including Wealth Management Firms, Chartered Accountants, Automobile Dealers, and other non-traditional distribution networks.
Strengthen relationships with existing CPs and drive higher engagement, productivity, and sales conversion.
Explore and establish partnerships in both domestic (India) and international markets to reach high-potential customer bases.
Monitor and analyze distribution performance metrics to ensure achievement of business goals.
Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams to align channel strategies with overall business objectives.
Build and lead a high-performance distribution team capable of scaling across multiple geographies.

Candidate Profile:

MBA with 15 to 18 years of experience in Sales & Distribution.
Strong expertise in building and scaling distribution networks across geographies.
Demonstrated ability to engage with diverse partners and create innovative sales channels.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in high-value product/service distribution is preferred.
