Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, social events, and recognition programs.Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.Translate company values into actionable behaviors and expectations across all levels of the organization.Collaborate with the Training & Development team to design and deliver impactful training programs that enhance employee skills and performance.Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a positive candidate experience and attract top talent who align with the company culture.Create and maintain an inclusive workplace where all employees feel valued, respected, and empowered.Create engaging narratives and stories that showcase the company's unique culture and values, and inspire employees and external stakeholders.Experience in conducting employee engagement surveys, analyzing results, and developing action plans to improve engagement.Tools & Resources required:DesktopMobileJob SpecificationsQualification(s):MBA in Human Resources (or) an equivalent postgraduate degree from a reputed university (Or) Masters Degree in Organizational Development / Leadership Development/ Employee Relations / Organizational Behavior.ExperienceNature of Experience:Proven track record of improving employee satisfaction, retention, and overall organizational culture.Length of Experience:4 6 yearsSkill Set & Personality Traits required:Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Rich experience in a culture-related role, such as HR, employee engagement, or organizational development.Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.Experience with employee survey tools and data analysis.Strong project management and organizational skills.Location: ChennaiAge Group: 24 30 yearsAdditional information:Experience as an HRBP with a focus on employee engagement and culture building will be an added advantage.
